Joe Ricci is a resourceful contractor. He built two beautiful high-end houses for me. These were very complex projects such as glass bridges huge glass areas and big free span construction. He builds to high standards.
We hired Northeast Custom Builders to replace 5 windows in our home. They were professional, very skilled and left the house very clean each day they were here. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to have the remaining windows in our house replaced by them in addition to another project. I would definitely recommend them to others! The project was to build a new deck on the back of the house, re-siding and replacing both the front and rear doors of the house. They also painted the entire exterior of the house. The 2nd. phase was to replace the windows and main door on the garage, re-siding and painting the garage. They removed the old cement walkway, formed and poured a new concrete walk and it came out beautiful.
The work this company did was exceptional. They are very professional, take pride in their high quality work and are very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and remodeling. Mr. Ricci who is the owner is the most professional and reliable builder I have ever worked with. He is very smart and has excellent vision on renovations or new projects Very knowledgeable on building codes He does the work RIGHT the first time. He will not cover up poor construction or cut corners with shoddy work to save money. His work is very high quality and if anything is not right he will fix it. He does not dodge difficult projects or tough questions.He works well with an architect often making suggestions to improve or modify the design for economic and or design criteria. His crew is always polite and keeps the workplace clean. Once he started my renovation he stayed on the job until it was done.
